Yet another baby Greenfinch & Baby Wildie.

I really am starting to think we would be better running a wildlife sanctuary as I found another baby Greenfinch in the front garden who couldn't fly and close inspection he also had a peanut stuck in his throat which Mike did get out but sadly he died soon after and Mike nipped to B&Q and on his way back a baby Wildie was sat on the pavement and so he pulled up and when he got to it he could see it had been hit by a car as it's tiny back leg was nearly hanging off. He picked the little baby up who was about 4 weeks old and very tiny Bless him and rushed to Bunny Burrows with it but sadly baby died on the way he was absolutely beautiful as well.
We now have 2 wild baby bunnies and 2 baby Greenfinch buried in our garden and it's all very upsetting.

Although Mike got the wedged peanut out this time it was just to late.

Awww, so harsh. :( Can you try and find out who's feeding the peanuts? Maybe put leaflets through peoples' letterboxes?

Thats a good idea.
Thats really sad.
Maybe also have someway of letting local people now there are wild rabbits by the roads so they keep a look out for them.
