Hi All, been a while since I've been on here, but wanted to ask a little advice on keeping larger goups of buns.
I currently have 3 girlies (all spayed) and 1 boy (due to be castrated). I was consedering adding a further 2 boys I've seen to the group. Both are youngsters, and would, of course, be castrated as soon as poss.
Has anyone experience and advice on owing larger groups, as this would take me up to 6 buns?
I am happy with the bonding side, and the younger ones would be in a large hutch, inside the huge she mine live in, so from the start, they would see and smell each other until the time came to let them meet in neutral territory.
Just wondered if have three of each sex, although neutered, was a recipe for disaster, of is well bonded and neutered buns would be fine together? They also have access to a large anclosure through the day, and the shed is plenty big enough for them to have their own favourite places to rest etc.
Any advice much appreciated.
