Just gone out to lock the buns up for the night and Rocky has now eaten so much of his hutch the frame has moved and the doors wont stay shut :roll::roll:

His run isn;t secure enough to leave the door open all night, now what i am supposed to do.?? Little :lol::lol:

Its a P@H one so really soft, it was donated to us last year

I don't know what we are going to do as we don't have another hutch. He has loads of toys but doesn't touch them :?

Have you got anything heavy like a big crate you could put in front of it to hold it shut over night? Or just nail a big plank of wood over temporarily?


One time last year I was cleaning out buns at a rescue and managed to rip a door right off through my own clumsiness, rabbits everywhere - so embarrassed :lol: We had to do a bodged repair job with nails and scraps

Oh no!! :lol: Bet he's been planning this all day!

Is there any way you could wire over it? Or use plastic sheeting? You'd have to do some modifying so the door shuts, but it would save the wood.

You can also buy metal stuff for the inside corners of hutches too... i cant think what its called, but i know someone on here has used it before :?
