Its normally white furred animals that are at risk of cancer on their ear tips.
Do your buns have full sun access? I tend to put shade over mine when the sun is hot, and if they're in the garden they tend to head for the shade.
If your bun likes to sunbathe and has white ears then its worth putting it along the edges to give some protection

Oh no i dont leave them out in the sun.
Its just they do like to move about but i did put sun block on their ears.
