:wave:My bunny sooty was treated a few months ago for molar spurs, (ie back teeth filed down under anesthetic), I sent my claim off to petplan and recieved a settlement cheque for his "mouth and oral disorders"
However in the claim details it says this:
"Your pet insurance does not cover the cost of trimming teeth. We have included the cost in your claim settlement because the treatment is connected by the diagnosis. Although we have paid this cost on this occasion we will not be able to help you for any future claims for trimming you rabbits teeth"
Im new to pet insurance and have no idea what this means? if anybody can tell me it would be a huge help as I am begining to think his spurs may be coming back.
Will petplan cover him if he has the same work done again??
Thanks
