Bunny Scared of Storms?

Can rabbits be afraid of storms? It's currently pouring down with rain by the looks of the cloud it's about to become a storm so I've brought Lola in for a run about the house because whenever we get storms she seems to be... Idk scared of them? She'll thump and hide in her hay tube and even snuggle in with me if she hears the thunder when she's in the house. Do you think this means she's scared of it or am I'm just overreacting to her behaviour?
Anyone elses bun who acts like this?

Mine live permanently outside and aren't scared of storms/ rain etc. They just take shelter until it's over and sleep a bit!

Mine don't seem to worry either - so long as they've got somewhere they can tuck themselves away they will sleep through it. Plus they've got each other which I think is a comfort too
