What are they, tesco?
If they were saying they only sold pairs of bonded neutered bunnies that would be fab tho. But to say "buy one get one free" suggests to people they're getting a bargain. Buying a rabbit or any other animal is never a one off payment, it's a (small!) deposit on what you will pay out over their lives.
On the other hand tbh I think petshops etc shouldn't be able to sell some animals as singles, for example gerbils should always have company, if kept on their own they depressed.
