Mike just found a wildie sat in the road/ He's gone p.33

Mike has just rang me to say he is bringing a wildie home, it was sat in the middle of a lane and when he pulled up and got out of the car it was still sat there. No sign's of Myxi he thinks it has been hit by a car and is in deep shock. Will put it in a run in back garden with a litter tray and watch it and see how it goes and if it seem's fine in a few hours will release it back where he found it. Will try and take a photo.

Just checked the wild bun it's very shocked and is rather floppy, put it in a small run with a litter tray and water and will keep our eye on him. There isn't a mark on him but not ruling out internal injuries.
Looking at him it's not looking good, but we will try our best, Mike has just covered him with hay to keep him warm and has put a tarpaulin over the run.

At the moment we don't want to put him through a lot of stress with a car journey to the vets, we have pain relief here for him, we just want to see how he goes on as at the moment it look's like shock. He was sat up in the middle of the road so we don't think it's spinal injuries.
