those who remember, our family dog, megan had a pretty big operation around 3weeks ago.. she had a tumour on her back leg

she has recovered so well, we are all so pleased, she has the last of her stitches out tomorrow, and after discussing her treatment which she will be on for life, she will be discharged

and tonight, with her best friend he never bothered with her scar/wound at all, tonight is one of the first nights they have laid together since the operation.. she is his cushion

were really lucky to have her here, the tumour had developed so much and had basically "gone bad" inside.. it was a masssssssssssive operation and we are all so pleased she is still fighting.

the sad news is the damage is done and she has very little muscle left in her leg and is also suffering with arthitis (sp) another sad bit of news, the core of the tumour couldnt be removed, so unfortunately it is most likely to grow back, she had one previously removed in 2004, so its been 6years since.

fingers crossed anyways
