The pet shops up this way do them too. Its mini bales of different grasses like camomile, nettle etc. Up here you can either buy a big bag with one of each of the different grasses/hays or pick and mix.

Yep what Joob Joobs said, my local pampurred pets does them, Mine love throwing them around, it keeps the hay tidy for a while too, they have to work quite hard to rip them all apart.
