should i be worried?

the last 2nights and mornings rosie has been eating like she is a pig, but she lost weight this week, she does feel thinner, but when vet felt her abdomen etc she said everything felt fine, and she is acting no different, just like she is starved

You always know your pet better - is she acting normally? It could be the sudden cold nights? It was -3 last night here.
