Hi, I saw a thread last week and someone had put strips of something on the wood joists to stop the buns knawing at them - what was it? and I cant find the thread?

Any other ideas??..

Im shed building today :D:D:D

To be honest I just put another layer of wood as sort of skirting so they can chew all they like but it's easy to replace and doesn't damage the shed itself.
It seems to work so far!

Either use the metal strips you can buy or line the shed so there is nothing for them to be abe to chew. Anything else stick a piece of wood on the top of it so that it can be repalced.

I board inside my sheds with hardboard so there are no edges for them to get their teeth into.

?The metal plastering strips are good for edges and corners, or if you have spare mesh staple some of that over the exposed areas.
