gurgling tummy?

does a gurgling tummy mean anything?fiifi has been realy quiet today,not eaten all her food and has had abit of a gurgling tummy.does it mean anything?:?

If she is 'quiet' and off her food she needs to see a Vet. The gurgling may be indicative of a GI upset. She may have tummy pain so would certainly need some analgesia.

What are her poos like and is she drinking OK ?
 
Is she sat 'hunched' at all? If you are worried could you call the vets? it may be something like a gassy which is painful for them so she might need some painkillers and something like infacol or gripe water.
 
going to give my vet a call.shes lying down as normal not hunched at all?im changing from a mix to burgess excel.could this be the problem?
