Just check him over and make sure it's nothing like a dirty bottom or a smell coming from one of his orifices (mouth, ears, bottom etc.) that you might have missed.

firstly clean out his litter tray or area, then check him over as the other poster said to make sure no infecitons or anything, you can get a damp teatowel or kitchen roll and wipe off the wee if you can see it, dont bath him as he wont like it (unless nessacery half bum bath if he has poo stuck to his bum) x
