OMG she is stunningly cute, she will always be a terrier though don't be fooled :lol: You clearly know what your doing though and are doing it responsibly, she is a female aswell so may well end up being protective of them :D

I know! :lol: she's goes still and quiet when buns approach her but when they run off she gets brave and wants to play and jump on them :roll:

Yes I have her on a tight leash when socialising with them, wouldn't let her go she's too playful at the moment and is only 12wk old but they're doing well, and it's always short and happy experience before I end the session :D...although I've noticed she quite likes admiring their ears!!:roll: so have to watch her carefully!

Awww thats probably just her age, it might be good to have them on the lawn in a playpen covered so she gets used to them moving, if she responds distract her to something else so eventually she will just look at them but not react in anyway, my dog is a lot older but, yesterday she laid on her blanket in the garden 'guarding' the buns for me, she lay's with her back to them watching up the garden and would chase of intruders like cats etc- they run at her when she passes their runs and try to get her attention sometimes ringing bells etc but, she just looks at them briefly and ambles past, it's hillarious, she really is good and does see them as part of our family :love:

Aaaw that's lovely :love: this isn't her first session with them, I've had Tia from 8wk old and has seen the buns from day one, they're in a kennel so she often sits and watches them play in there and doesn't disturb them by barking etc....they now have nose to nose rubs through the mesh, it's just when buns have run of the garden she gets excited and wants to play and chase, i think this will mellow as she gets older...buns are more relaxed around her now :D they meet each other daily so hopefully their presence will be no big deal as Tia grows ...

My Tia's a standard Yorkie, they're gorgeous and good company :love:

Well you will have a wonderful dog then as Cheeky was and not yappy like some yorkies can be. I was once walking Cheeky when a man stopped me and said to me is that a standard Yorkshire terrier and I said yes and he said well that's how they are suppose to be 'standard'. :D

What a bright little bean :love: :love: :love:
Oh he is fab thankyou! The citizanship classes are completely working, and he actually made the choice to sniff a dogs bumbum :)roll::oops:) last tuesday :love:. Two more weeks to the test!! Oh, If you force me to take photos I will then :roll:... ;)

Aww bless lovely- i'm getting a dog but i'm not sure which type would be best with bunnies. My other half wants a staffy, not sure how that dynamic would work. My bunnys get frightened by dogs- except greyhounds- had two come in the garden playing and they didn't flinch. I guess it's there gentle calm nature- shame that they would have the bunny if they got half a chance due to there nature. Although i'm sure the partnership can be successful in some circumstances- my cats wouldn't dream of hurting my bunnys although i wouldn't like to leave them alone in a room overnight together without a fence between them.

Erm basically, im just going there for dog socialisation. But what we do is;
-Walk to heel easily without the aid of a training device or harness (so just the collar)
-Be able to make a 'quick' lead where you loop the lead and put it over the dogs head and then take off the collar so the lady can see the dogs details.
-Be under control when going through a gate. So they sit and wait, you open the gate and then you call them through and they sit and wait for you to shut the gate.
-Recall. The judge will hold your dog and then you recall them back.
-You are able to check all over their body without a growl or anything from the dog. Be able to look in the paws, throat, ears, belly, bumbum everywhere really.
-All the owners and dogs get up and walk around. (This is what Andy is having abit of trouble with atm, as even though its a small class it still overwhelms him)

It all looks very simple, but when you are in a place where most dogs are barking and things, most dogs get very excited :lol:.
I would ask what technique they do before hand, aswell as how big the classes are. There are some **** ones out there that are still on the KC website.
I also practice Andys tricks when we are waiting, just so he has more focus on me :D.
