... up on Ptarmigan ridge near Ben Lomond. My walking buddy had to stop and have a play
Loch Lomond was looking lovely and blue
The path was fine so the going was good. We had aimed to reach the top of ptarmigan ridge and then head over to the neighbouring munro Ben Lomond but when we reached the top of Ptarmigan we decided we couldn't be bothered as we'd both been up Ben lomond before.

We had a lovely sunny day for it yesterday and were out for about 6 hours ( hour climb). My face is a bit pink today though.
