Suitable home for 2 bunnies?

Thanks for the advice on my previous post about indoor outdoor bun. I've searched the net for a silly amount of time over the past few days trying to decide on a shed/playhouse or hutch (and quite enjoyed it!). I've come across the following playhouse:

With a run attached do you think it would be suitable for 2 rabbits?

That would have more space than a 6ft hutch, so I would say that it would be suitable. How big is the run going to be?

I'm not quite sure on size of run yet, as big as we can go though!! Also will be bunny proofing garden so can have run of that when we are home. Thanks for the help. I'm a bit concerned about the neighbours dog though, although the fence is high and the buns would never see the dog, he like to bark (a lot). You can hear it from inside the house, so it won't be a new noise but do you think the noise will be too much or Maisy and new hubbie to be outside?
