Neutering

Hi,
Just a quick question. At what age can male rabbits be neutered?? My sister-in-law has 2 male buns who are 14 wcks old. She went to the vets yesterday to ask what age they could be neutered and was told not till 6 months?? I thought it was younger than this for males.

They can be neutered as soon as their testicles descend, but different vets have different requirements, such as weight, or age.
