For little Merlin he is being treated for cystitus. I'm really worried about the little chap as he's not eating. He's fine cleaning, etc. but looking a bit uncomfortable. I have to take him back tomorrow if he's not eating as they may admit him.

Just got back. He's had two more injections antiflammatory and gut stimulant. He's got some metacam. I'm leaving him for an hour or so and then will start syringe feeding again if he hasn't eaten on his own. The vet nurse is going to ring me next week with some tips as she has a rabbit with the same problem.

I know cats are not the same, but one of my cats gets cystitis quite a bit and metacam usually sorts it out in no time.
