I'd go for either 1 x 1/2 or 1/2 x 1/2. That refers to the size of the holes in the wire (in inches) so you don't want them too big or predators might be able to fit paws through.
The other number is the thickness of the wire. Both those would probably be ok, 19g is just a bit stronger.

I'd always go for the strongest wire so 19g and we have had a buns ear grabbed by Mr Fox through 1 x 1 so would go for 1 x 1/2 or smaller.

i used 19g for the first chippy cage and i now have 16g and i much prefer it
