Short hair patches

Hiya,
One of my rabbits living outside has a few very short patches of fur over her body. The are round and about a cm in diameter. She also has very little fur on her ankles.

I did some research and read that the ankle fur loss could be due to urine burn from a dirty hutch but i can assure you her hutch is very clean. She has a large enclosure with 3 litter trays. She only uses one of them and messes/wees only in the tray which i clean out very regularly. So hutch and run areas are very clean.

The rabbit she lives with has none of the above.
She seems very happy in herself.

Is the affected rabbit a Rex by any chance? They are prone to sore hocks.

Is she moulting at the moment?

could she have mites?? Is it down her back??? Any flakes???

Is this the rabbit who has been on antibiotics for a tooth infection?

SHe has not been on any medication, she is quite old about 5 and a half/6.

I have not noticed any flakes but i will go out and check now.

She has been moulting and is still quite slowly.

No she is not a rex she is just a normal lop rabbit of medium size.
Ill try and take a picture when i go out now.

She doesnt have any flaking. The patches seem to beeither side of her body towards head end. SHe has about 3 patches of varying hair length.
