Are sunflower seeds (hearts) ok for buns?

I'm guessing so as sunflowers themselves are on the "ok" list but just wanted to double check! My mum bought me a bag for Inca as a treat

I use sunflower seeds to get weight back on sick animals, I think its still only a small amount recommended to feed to an underweight bunny so I would be careful because they are fattening

Ah, great - many thanks for that. Inca will do just about anything for one so thought they might be a tad naughty in large amounts! Always the way with anything we really like and shouldn't be having! :D
