Rabbit nipping feet - New behaviour trait

DPI

New Kit
My French Lop, Snowy (Albino, so what else would you call it), Has taken to nipping every ones feet/Shoes, not aggressively though. The effects of spring have hit him and he is busy trying to hump everything that stands still long enough.

is this nipping part of the spring effect? Will he stop doing it later?

He's a little over a year old, so this is his first spring.

As I am in Afghanistan and he is in zzomerzet, it a bit difficult to judge, if this is a real problem or not.

I have suggested, in turn, A girl bunny, a bunny brothel, an inflatable bunny, or maybe some 'specialist' bunny mags.

Any Ideas. helpfull hints?

I would say both may be due to frustration, and yes, spring is in the air..... I would suggest getting him neutered and then getting him a speyed girly friend that he can hump all he wants without the pitter patter of tiny paws.... :) Mind you, the snip for buns can take up to 6 weeks to make them infertile so be careful!!

The nipping should stop, as should some of the humping, if you got him done, male rabbits are driven mad with the urge to mate.... constantly, taking away his, urm.... furry balls, should help 'chill' his urges!!

Yes, I was thinking that was probably going to be the way to go on this.

Trouble is, the rabit already hates me, as anytime there is any unpleasantess involved, nail clipping, vacinations etc. Its me that got the job.

So I'm thinking taking him to have his 'bits' lopped off, is most likely going to take more than a couple of strawberry treats to get me back in his good books again.

So the plan is to get the wife to take him in for the 'business' before I go home on leave. That way I don't get the blame:lol:
