View Full Version : Calling Essex people - any recommendations for getting good hay in small quantities?

I have previously bought bales of hay, which are lovely and fresh when I first get them, but I don't use them up all that quickly these days, with just two piggies (:(). Also, they get fussy and go off it - they love the variety of a new batch of fresh hay!

So... any recommendations for anywhere that sells good quality hay, but you don't have to buy it by the bale, would be much appreciated. Preferably in the Braintree/Chelmsford/Colchester sort of area.

I was buying the Pampered Piggies meadow hay, which they adored. I'm loathe to go back to Dust Free Hay, as they aren't mad on the stuff.

Thanks in advance :)
