Usually a dental to burr the teeth back to gum level to discourage the roots from growing further. Also possible long term pain relief and possibly antibiotics if they are causing any infection.

Regular dentals have kept my buns teeth "under control" for the last 2 years, he does not require pain relief but it will depend on what your X-rays show.
