Wise Old Thumper
Apologies for the double post but I know a lot of people don't read the care section.
My bun Vin has done something to her left back leg, she's turning the foot in towards herself when she sits and is making a very clunky noise when she hops. She's fairly happy in herself, hopping and eating, although she has just peed outside her litter tray which bothers me as she likes to be clean.
A supposed 'friend' of mine let her out during the day while I was at work and didn't bother to keep an eye on her, so goodness knows what could have happened. I know she hasn't had access to any wires or other edible things (bunny-proofed) so I'm assuming she's tripped on something. She's recovering from EC so she's not terribly strong in her back legs and has been tripping over, which is why she dosen't get out without supervision.
Anyway, the point was, the vet is closed tomorrow, as she is okay apart from the leg do I leave it and go on Monday or go to the emergency vet who aren't too bunny savvy? Also, I have some metacam, is it okay to give her that as a precaution? Thanks all.
