concious dentals around Manchester

does anyone know of vets who do concious or semi concious dentals. I know there is a debate about how safe it is etc, but I truely feel this is my last option before rehoming Cherry Blossom.

She doesn't need one just yet, but will need one in about 6 weeks time.

I am worried that I can not do my best for her, I know I am, but feel that someone else may be able to do more for her, and that rehoming may have to be an option . She is such a fantastic loving girl, who loves human attention. We have just been having a cuddle. and her mites seem to still be with her :(, so I have treated again :(

Have you tried Ashleigh Vets (exotic specialists) on Upper Brook Street, Chorlton. I use them for my rabbits and piggies, Aiden is a fantastic exotic vets. Not sure about the dental aspect but worth asking :)

They don't. They are also my vet, Sarah is a rabbit specialist there too. Since Lola has regular dentals there, I have already enquired about it. They refuse to do conscious dentals.

Ah that's a shame - my suggestion out the window! Good luck finding one. Molly Varga works at another vets now - she used to be the rabbit specialist at Ashleigh, maybe she could help?

I use Rufford Vets in Southport. (Not Manchester but close, sort of....) Ian, our vet, is very rabbit savvy and has done Catkins dentals and tooth removal (all done under GA). I don't think that he would do concious dentals but he may be able to offer you some advice.

Sorry I can't be of more help.

Its a shame Ashleigh dont do them, Adrian there saved Rhias life - Hes brilliant  Could you look around to arrange a payment plan with a vet Louise? There must be options, just not too sure what :(

vets near us are vets 4 pets (bury) and armac (bury) not sure if they'd do concious dentals but they are both experienced with rabbits
