Would you be able to feel anything if a bunny was pregnant? Or not neccessarily?

Depends how far advanced the pregnancy is as to whether any foetuses can be felt.

You can't tell unless you palpate the abdomen...but please don't try to do this yourself because it can cause harm to the doe and kits if done by an untrained person.

Rabbits don't necessarily look fat when pregnant so its very hard to tell...
Best to just wait and see I'm afraid.
