How often?

Radish seems to have lost her litterbox habits and i am taking her to the vets tuesday to have her checked out for uti.

But I am wondering under the circumstances how often I should clean out her cage? I do her litter tray everyday and I have put carefresh back on the floor of her cage since she kept peeing on her fleece.
