Can I put them out?

Sammy and Laurel have been in the garage for over 3 weeks as I have been bonding them. The garage is not insulated at all. They are now a very happy couple and I feel they would be ok to put out in the hutch. The hutch is double walled with insulation in between the walls. Would it be ok to put them out now or should I wait until the temps rise a bit? I have loads of hay and a heat pad!

Some garages get quite warm from the heat of the house, but some garages are exactly the same temperature as outside.
