Reply from Burns re: Green Oat Hay

I sent back the remains of my last bag of Burns Green Oat Hay last week. I know that some other forum members have done so already because of the large amount of dust/small pieces at the bottom of the bag. I arrived home today to find a delivery of 2 new bags! Thank you Burns, it is much appreciated. Just goes to show that is worth taking the time to write

I've just had a delivery of this, and am guessing that it's either from a new supplier, or they have had words with the supplier, as there is not nearly as much rubbish left in the bag now
