she has also produced little wee and her poos tonight were a little jellified.

Sounds like kidneys to me.

I thought there was a ray of hope as 2 weeks ago she was at the vets for mites, got her teeth checked, and they were ok. This week I spotted her eating mouthfullys of hay.

Im now scared.

I don't think it's her kidneys if she's not weeing much (it would need to be very end stage kidney disease for that, which it doesn't sound like from your post).

Hope you get to the bottom of it.

As she been panacured? I wouldn't be scared, just take her to the vets for a check up

I've only had one bunny with kidney failure, but she never had any jelly and she wee'd a lot.
