my rabbit has had an abcess on her stomach...the vets put her under and flushed it out. shes on 5 lots of medication. its distressed her, and she isnt eating. she's had a couple of overnight stays at the vets and seems to be on the mend. the abcess has gone however there is a lump present now.
the vet has mentioned about an operation to remove the lump.... im not sure whether it is totally necessary or fair to her. all the above has cost me in excess of £200.
what do people think?? there was that article in the paper about vets conning animal lovers, maybe thats why im concerned.
