UTI - Natural Aids?

I checked the forum about cranberry juice for helping buns with a possible UTI, but an old comment from Jane says it really hasn't been proven to help with cystitis.

Does anybody know of any herbs, fruits, juices, etc... that could help a bun with urinary issues?

Cranberry juice is only effective against E-Coli bacteria. It prevents them sticking to bladder walls. Doesn't seem to work the same with other bacteria.
