Divorce

I am a bit worried because everytime I have a look at the rabbits they are one in each floor of the hutch. Or Fanta inside and George in the run. Or George in the bedding area and Fanta in the run.... :(
I never thought the bond was a proper "bond" but lately I think they look more distant from eachother.
I know it sounds like I am jocking but I am not....
Is it possible for two rabbits be living together but not being bonded?
Is there anyway I can make their relationship improve? (couple therapy :))
Is there a Rabbit's Cupid I could pray to??
Rabbits viagra?

Please let me know

my bunnies are litter mates but they often sit apart and don't seem to like each other much. they don't chase as much as they used to but she is still dominant and nips him (not through to the skin). they do groom each other, and its better than being alone, i suppose.

Some rabbits do bond a lot more closely than others. As long as they are not fighting I would be thankful for that. How much can you see them? Do they huddle together during the night? Maybe if they spend all night together they just want to get a bit of space during the day. Even very well bonded rabbits will decide to go different places at different times.

Are they fighting or falling out at all?

My bridge bunny Harriet and her partner Riley had quite separate lives. They never fell out, but it wasn't a close bond like some you see on here. They seemed more like friends than husband and wife, but it seemed to suit them. Riley has two girlfriends now, and even though I do see mutual grooming, they aren't all over each other and quite often are sat seprarately.

If they are not fighting I wouldn't worry too much about it. Mine will often spend a lot of time apart but if you look at them during the day they are often sitting close together snoozing. There are a couple of things that might make their bond a little closer. Try a drop of bananna on the top of one of their heads. This will encourage the other to groom. Feed them both together.

i agree with other posters frosty and linus had a distant relationship but when it was cold they would snuggle up,

biggles and carrie only ever lie next to each when they are in the cage during the day one is under the bed and carrie is in her fave dog basket,

you not glued to your partner 24/7 are you :D would drive me nuts if mine was

They dont fight at all. Sometimes George growls at Fanta but he is right I suppose cause she's very greedy!!
Thanks you all for your advice!
