not sure about england but over here there are warehouses you can go to and buy wood, or else the likes of B&Q who can cut the pieces down to size for you.

That would be ideal. Would their woods have been treated though? I don't want to G + P to get ill.

no shouldn't think it, all the woods will have been dried out properly. don't get MDF. we used weather board in the shed and 3/4 ply. they don't seem to bother chewing it.
