what colour should there wee be???

have had a few buns, have seen a few different types, just wondering which one is right???

It can be anything from quite pale to red depending on what veg eaten as ones that contain alot of beta caroten can make it really dark. The main thing I'd be concerned about would be if it was white and sludgy, caused by too much calcium and of course if there was actual blood in it.

its kind of milky looking. which foods contain too much calcium?
