shredded paper at the bottom of litter trays?

I've just done a load of shredding and its seems a waste to throw it away if i can use it for the buns

I get big bags of shredded paper form work and use them in my buns litter trays. Ive never had a problem with it! :wave:

Yeah my work do not seem to mind, they usually recycle it properly but i sort of recycle it too! :lol:

You could, but I've found it to be quite dusty and un-absorbent

I use it in winter for bedding as they don't eat it so I don't have to keep replacing it every night like hay. If you are getting it from a workplace make sure people take out staples and stuff before they shread it.

Just makesure they don't eat it all, can't imagine it's good for them
