does he think i'm his lady??

rex my 14 wk old dutch bunny gets really excited when he is in his run and sees me coming, he behaves more like a playfull dog than a bunny.
today i have noticed he is making throaty grunts when he is showing off to me:lol:, they are not loud but loud enough for me to hear them... what do you think, thanks

My bun is quite "vocal" too. It means they love you

Daisy occasionally grunts when she's cross - and it usually means 'get out the way now or be nipped' :roll: :lol: She also makes little happy grunty noises when she gets her favourite foods/treats

I think Rex loves his mummy

My Tilly bun grunts too when she's telling you to keep away. Our Betty bun did too.

It sounds much more as if Rex is very fond of you & sees you as his companion.
Thumper was like this, we are bonded companions. Although he is an entire buck, & very affectionate, he has always known I am not a rabbit, & never attempted to mount me!
