fenugreek?

mums just bought LOADS of fenugreek (its a traditional indian ingredient), and she's using it in cooking today. She doesn't use the stalks, but is it okay to give the buns?
I can't find anything on the search tool... the only thing that comes up is Fenugreek Crunchies which the buns go mad for anyway :lol: I thought I would check on here first before giving to them, just in case.

well fenugreek crunches are a very popular treat and they have fenugreek in??

Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will know! LOL

I've been wondering that also as I bought some sprouting seed for fenugreek, I also haven't been able to find out whether or not the buns can have it.

I think its the seeds that go in the treats.....

yup, just did a search and its the seeds that go into the crunchies, not the actual plant! oh man, doesn't help :lol::lol:
