Nelson isn't allowed in the kitchen as he is so hairy, and I don't fancy stray cat hairs in my dinner - he knows exactly where the boundry is and sits there the whole time I am in the kitchen, occasionaly trying to get in without me noticing!
Here he is tonight - notice how he gets his feet right on the edge of the threshold strip!!

Awww, how are cats so intelligent and yet haven't taken over yet? I think they have the power but just can't be bothered!

Thanks for comments. Nelson is a rescue cat and he has such a great character. Would be lost without him now.
