It is what is left of a large parrot ladder their owner had put in for them to gnaw on. You should see them tight rope walking it and leaning over to gnaw on them stumps

Kath you would so fall in love. They have been coming here since they were babies and the owner has been fantastic with them. They are so tame and quite willingly sit in your hands and love to come out for a play. Catching them to get them back in though is another matter:lol:
