Has my rabbit abandoned her babies?

My rabbit had babies 5 days ago and tonight when she was going abck to the nest it looked like she was digging them out. i don't know if this was intentional but will she attack them or does this mean she has rejected them?
 
Check and see if there is any damage. If not she was probably just rearranging the nest.
 
How are they now?

I would presume that actually she was probably locating them to check they were ok. It's generally a myth that they attack their babies, they might just ignore and abandon them.

Has she been feeding them?
