I wanted to have something special done for Merlin, who went to Rainbow Bridge at the beginning of the year. I decided to have a portrait commisioned for him. I received it on Saturday & I just had to share the scan of it with RU'ers as I'm over the moon with it (the actual portrait doesn't have the copyright on it) - the artist has captured him so accurately. I know he'd be pleased at how handsome he looks in it too! :)

Thats lovely....i have an oil painting of my Kermit in my living room and i just love it, its the best thing i ever bought!!

I got a bargain with the portrait as I didn't pay the price that was on her site but instead went via her Ebay listing, so it only cost me £40 for a coloured portrait.

that is beautiful! looking at the gallery now, i would lvoe on done of my molly cat who died last year.
