Have just tried ordering through K9 and put the order code that was discussed on her back in July. It wouldn't accept it!

Anyone know what the crack is?

Have pm'd Simon but have had no reply as yet

Thanks bluebunny. Very glad I didn't put my order through - I missed that thread. Very disappointing.

I cancelled mine just in time, before everyone was having so much trouble

Yeah the code didnt work for me.
Just read the other thread - i ordered a bunch of stuff a few weeks ago (never saw that thread before!) and it came fine. One thing was missing because it was found to be broken when they got it from the warehouse, so they sent an alternative, plus 3 other items as an apology! :thumb:

So i am sorry everyone else has had so much trouble, but i really can't complain!

Perhaps we don't get a discount now for being such a whingy bunch :lol:

I think it's really sad that they are capable of doing some good orders and quick replacements but for some reason just don't bother with other customers. I'm just glad I've found somewhere else to get the goodies my bunnies enjoy.
