Petplan renewal-expensive

Emailed to cancel and told them the reason is because it was £30 more expensive than last year and the excess has gone up from £50 to £55!

They have not even tried to call me to retain my business and said it is cancelled. You would think in this economic climate they may try to keep hold of customers, especially when I hadn't put a claim in.:roll:

Probably would have taken out again for the same price.

Was this your second year? The first year you get 10months for the price of 12, so the price always goes up for the second year. It's pretty annoying but I'm sticking with mine.

My excess is £60!

My excess is £80 +20% :shock:. However, my bunny is about 8 years old, so I'm not going to cancel the policy.
