Rabbits ears

Can anyone else tell how their bun is feeling from their ears?

I've got one uppy eared bun and a lop eared bun, the uppy eared one is the most expressive, when her ears are right up she's happy, but when she's unhappy or under the weather her ears are almost lop. She came back from the vets on Wednesday after being spayed and her ears were right down in the lop position. But slowly since then the ears have perked back up again and she's happy and eating again. When she's relaxed they're flat against the back of her head

The lop eared one shows curiosity with his ears, and happiness. When they're right down he's unhappy too.

Or am I imagining this lol

I can normally tell how the buns are feeling or what they're up to based on their ears, even the lops!

I've read this a few times, it's really good and quite funny in places

I'm convinced that my up eared bun tries to copy my lop bun, ever since they met (2 years ago) his ears are dropping down sometimes. Still they go forward when there is a new toy chucked at them.
