I go to Fareham, even though I live in Southampton. If you're interested I would recommend without hesitation the lovely Mr Mackie Hobson at Companion Care (inside Pets at Home) in Fareham - Park Gate and Portsmouth. However, saying this, he has altered his working hours to spend half his time back in South Africa and so is only around in his two practices - mostly Portsmouth, for 1-2 months every 6 months. He's next due back Dec and Jan. :(
There are several vets there, some more rabbit savvy than others, in particular I would recommend Anadine and Pablo when Mackie is not available in the Fareham one. The out of hours emergency is contracted out to a specialist 24 hr emergency clinic based in Portsmouth - they are also very good, but as you know a good 20-25 mins from Soton.
Sorry I can suggest no one closer (have tried over several years! So if you find someone let me know!)

Oh I have also heard some good things about a guy called Andy who works at the Brook House vet clinic in Languard road (about 2 min from my house!) However, I recommended him to someone who's bunny had severe sore hocks and he wasn't terribly optimistic or encouraging treatment wise and suggested pts if no improvement. We fostered this rabbit and took him to Mackie, our vet, who was much more enthusiastic and clued up treatment wise and this bun made a very good recovery in his hands. So this is why we travel so far!
But Andy is apparently good with standard things I hear.
