Can a female French lop fit in a 17 cm gap to get to her run!!!???

I think it would depend on the size of your rabbit and what size it will grow too.

I don't know if it helps but if my rabbit can get her head into something the rest of her will invariably follow!

I would make sure you leave a bit of extra room though in case your rabbit grows!
