I can't find any decent ones, can you recommend me some suitable for rabbits and ferrets, and where I can get them from

I brought some small clippers from pets at home and i find them to be really good, were not too much either

I have these and they are very good, they have a safety catch so you can't cut too much off by accident.

I use the type used for birds - look like a tiny pair of scissors with only a small curved cutting area. GP vets £2.50.
